Whilst there is no denying that this is a very powerful vibe and should enable most women to reach ****** fairly easily, I was disappointed in the product as a whole. It is large and bulky (although lightweight) and definitely not a sexy looking toy. The power cord is much too short, and it is the noisiest toy that I have ever owned. During partner sex, we both find the noise very off-putting and it is way too loud for me to use for solo play if the kids are home...I even worry that the neighbours will hear it. I find the removable cover very hard to replace after washing it and the optional accessories are extremely expensive. Probably the worst part is that I get extremely itchy "down there" every time it is used.

Whilst it did not meet my expectations as a sex toy, it is fantastic as a personal massager- the best that I have owned for this purpose!

I have always been a fan of vibes but this one takes the cake. If you are considering getting one, do it and you will not be disappointed. The unit is extremely loud but the sensations are phenomenal. I have not needed to use the high setting yet as the low setting is powerful enough to get me off quickly, but still the lowest setting is still much more powerful than any battery operated unit on full. I got the 2 attachments as well ( the pleasure dome and the ****** hook), my fave is the ****** hook, OMFG, am thinking of getting another one so I can have more fun in more places with it, if you know what I mean. WOW, this toy has some kick in it. I started off using an independant massager as my first toy, it was heavy to use due to its bulkyness so my husband brought me ths one. I can see how this would get the job done for many but I found it gave me more of a smooth high speed vibrating sensation rather than the deep rumbling feeling i'm used to. The Medisil is an extremely powerful external vibrator and it is not just for the ladies. You may have to experiment to find what works: i.e. high setting vs. low, putting it on a different spot (low on the ***** vs. high vs. on the perineum), putting it under a cloth etc. But, the result can be amazing.
