Shipping Information

How does free shipping work?

It's simple, there are two ways you can get free shipping for your entire order.

  1. Purchase any product that has the free shipping promotion attached to it. Look out for the free shipping banner on selected items.
  2. Make any order to the total value of $120 or above.
When meeting any of the above two your entire order will come with FREE Express Next Day Delivery.

What happens if I'm not home when my parcel arrives?

KinkyMinx always instructs Australia Post not to leave your parcel lying around. Instead if you're not home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a note notifying you to pick up your package from your local post office. Don't forget to bring your ID as Australia Post will require you to present it when collecting packages.

What are the shipping costs and options?

KinkyMinx utilizes Australia Post Express for all shipments and charges a fixed flat rate of $9.95 per order (unless off course you qualify for free shipping). We have the aim of delivery within 2 business days from dispatch (most of the time we will get it to you within 1 business day). Australia Post Registered will only be used if a product is of an unusual size or considered valuable or delicate - this method generally requires an additional business day or two to arrive. Can I ship to an address that isn't mine? How about a Post Office?

You sure can: when placing an order, you may choose a shipping address that differs from your billing address on the shopping cart page before finally checking out.

You can even have your parcel sent to your local post office so you can pick it up from there. To do this simply enter within the address field "In care of {your local post office suburb} post office". For Example: "In care of Bondi Beach post office".

Make sure to enter the remaining information as normal (eg: post code & state). Please Note: Australia Post will require you to present ID when collecting your parcel, so please make sure your name is correctly spelt on the order.

Security and Privacy

I am a bit worried about privacy; will anybody be able to figure out what's in my package?

All items are picked from our warehouse, wrapped in bubble wrap and discreetly shipped out in standard Australian Post Express satchels. The name of the return business is printed exactly as:

There are no other markings or labeling on the postage satchels that could reveal where the parcel may have come from. At no stage of the delivery process are the contents of the package revealed to anybody outside of KinkyMinx operations. What company name will appear on my credit card? Does it show on my bill that I bought this sort of product?

The transaction that will appear on your credit card statement is that of our parent company which owns multiple websites in several industries. The name will appear on your statement as “DIMACE PTY LTD”, so it is very discreet! Your bill will never say that you purchased an adult product off course.

What Information does KinkyMinx collect when I place an order? Why?

During the order process, apart from the standard name and contact number, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of emailing you order and shipping information emails. We do not share your email with third party companies that will send you spam or unwanted mail. The email address you enter is used solely for contact use between you (the customer) and KinkyMinx.com.au to reply to any enquiries regarding orders or products. Actual shipping address is collected only for shipping purposes and is used between KinkyMinx and the selected shipping carrier only. Can I trust KinkyMinx with my credit card details?

Your credit card is actually processed by Eway, which is a large and safe online payment gateway within Australia. Our website itself has a SSL certificate which is issued by GeoTrust. This is a high grade encryption specifically of AES-256, 256 Bit Keys; making our system just about as safe as a bank. The payment system is encrypted before traveling over the web, which makes it nearly impossible for unauthorized parties to view the Credit Card information you provide. We ourselves will never store your credit card details and have been in operation for several years now with no discrepancies! Summed up in a few words, it’s totally safe!

How can I pay for my order? What payment options do you offer?

KinkyMinx accepts the following payment options:

  • Credit Card - We accept all major credit cards, this is KinkyMinx's preferred payment option and the fastest. All credit card transactions happen live and you will know right away regarding the status of the transaction.
  • PayPal - For those who prefer PayPal we also offer this service! Generally PayPay transactions are very fast however E-Cheque transactions via PayPal can take longer to process as sometimes payment needs to clear.
  • Cheque / Money order - If you don't have access to any of the above, you can always send us a cheque or money order. Further details will be provided when selecting the option. Please Note: This process can take between 1-5 business days.
  • Direct Bank Deposit - We also accept payment using Direct Bank Deposit. Account details are provided when selecting this option on the payment page. Please Note: This process can take between 1-5 business days.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Where is your store located?

At this current stage in order to keep our prices low and our service extra special, we are solely online based and don’t actually have a physical shop front. Unlike a lot of other online Adult shops, we do however service the whole of Australia with Australia Express postage.

I am looking at purchasing a particular product on your website, but it appears to be out of stock? Can it be ordered in for me?

Unfortunately, in order to keep you saving and our prices low, we don’t have a printed catalogue and all of our product range can be seen exclusively on our website.

Returns, Refunds and Complaints

Do you provide Returns on Faulty Products and how do I go about this process?

If you believe you have received a product that is faulty straight out of the box, we will be happy to exchange the product free of charge or refund the full value of the product if it is found to indeed be faulty upon return inspection.
